IHOP Opens in Stafford County “Southern Gateway”

IHOP officially opened a new location off Warrenton Road in Stafford County, Virginia. The former Perkins Restaurant building at 10 Simpson Lane in Stafford County, Virginia is now open and serving 24 hours.

The 5,200 square foot Perkins building was purchased by a local IHOP franchisee last year, and owns additional locations in the region.  The new IHOP restaurant will be the classic full-service, breakfast-focused restaurant on Route 17/Warrenton Road in Stafford County.

“IHOP is one of the most recognized American family dining brands, and we are very pleased they are opening in Stafford County,” stated Supervisor Gary Snellings, Hartwood District. “Our community wants the great quality and value that IHOP represents.”

The “Stafford Gateway” corridor is opening many new commercial businesses, including 6 Bears and a Goat Brewing Company, a newly remodeled Aldi, Kelly’s Services, Long’s Farmers Market, Royal Farms, and more. The Silver Collection at Celebrate– a 274 unit luxury apartment community, located off Celebrate Virginia Parkway is currently under construction. The apartment community plans to open in the Fall of 2017.
