Northbound Rappahannock River Crossing is a go!

The Northbound Rappahannock River Crossing project has been approved to compliment the $125 million southbound crossing project. Transurban, the Australian company that has partnered with the commonwealth to build high occupancy toll lanes (HOT) along I-95 and the Capital Beltway in Northern Virginia, agreed to finance the northbound crossing upfront to the tune of $277 million.
