Calling All: Artisans & crafters, commercial vendors, living historians, non-profits, performers, and volunteers! There are many ways that to join in the fun and support this event. Select the most appropriate application below to participate.
**Please remember that all displays must be family-friendly! We reserve the right to deny participation of or remove vendors displaying merchandise deemed inappropriate. We encourage all applicants to offer as much detailed information as possible, attaching additional pages as necessary. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation letter with more details about vendor access, parking passes, set-up & tear-down times, etc.**
Artisans & Crafters
High-qualitiy artisans and crafters are being sought for this event. To be eligible to participate, you must display and sell hand-crafted wares. Interactive displays with hands-on demonstrations will be given priority. Artisan & Crafter Application
Commercial Vendors
Appropriate commercial vendors are welcome to display their merchandise and participate in this event to the fullest extent possible. Commercial Vendor Application
Food Vendors
A variety of quality, hand-prepared cuisine is needed for this event. Please be sure to complete the Food Vendor Application, as well as all local and state Health Department permit applications. Food Vendor Application
- Health Dept. Application
- Food vendors must bring a copy of the Health Dept. Checklist for the event.
- Food vendors are required to have the proper Mobile Unit Food Permit from the Fredericksburg Health Dept. in the Rappahannock Area Health District.
Living History
Family-friendly, hands-on cultural displays and living history demonstrations are needed for the following interpretation areas: Native American, colonial era, Revolutionary War, and Civil War. Tell us about your program and your requirements (staging, display space, logistical support, etc.). We’d love to work with you to present quality programming for our visitors! Non-Profits
Various non-profit organizations are welcome to participate in a variety of means (as vendors, crafters, perfomers, informational displalys, etc.). We encourage you to participate, and will find the most appropriate location for you. Non-Profit Application
Performers
Vocalists, bands, skits, and dancers are just a few of the many performers we would like to showcase at this event. We are seeking historic, interpretive and multi-cultural performances. Performer Application
Volunteers
Hundreds of volunteers of all ages are needed to support this event! Help is needed prior to, during, and after the festival - please let us know the dates/times you are available. Volunteer Application.

LODGING
For a list of nearby hotels, B&B's and campgrounds, please choose one of the links below. Most area lodging is within 15-25 minutes from the event site, conveniently located along I-95 between Exits 143 and 126. The event site is located off of Exit 133.
