Medicorp is now building Stafford Hospital Center. Stafford Hospital Center will bring more health care services into Stafford County. As the new hospital opens, residents can expect to see more physician offices opening, with a wider variety of specialists available. Stafford residents will also have access to more outpatient surgery, imaging (x-rays and advanced technology) and other important services in their community. These services will be easy to access for community members and EMS services.
The Stafford Hospital Center Campus will be located on a 72-acre campus that's within 10 miles of most Stafford County residents (near the corner of Route 630/Courthouse Road and Route 1). The site includes wetlands, and MediCorp has begun to work with environmental groups to preserve this area for community use.
