The County and the Stafford EDA, together, are supporting home-based and business development. In addition to “in-kind” support from the County, the EDA is providing $50,000 of cash match to the grant application.

Stafford County officials hope to secure a Virginia Telecommunication Initiative grant that would bring broadband internet service to the Widewater region of the county.
