STAFFORD, VA — 8 June 2026 — Riddim & Spice Jamaican Restaurant is proud to announce its grand opening in Stafford County, bringing authentic Jamaican cuisine, warm
island hospitality, and a vibrant Caribbean dining experience to the local community. Located at 1169 Courthouse Road, Suite 105, Stafford, Virginia, the restaurant offers a
menu inspired by generations of family recipes and traditional Jamaican cooking techniques.
Guests can enjoy a variety of authentic Jamaican favorites, including Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Curry Goat, Brown Stew Chicken, Escovitch Fish, Ackee & Saltfish, and other signature
dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and bold island flavors. The restaurant also features homemade soups, tropical beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to bring
family, friends, and the community together.
The opening of Riddim & Spice represents more than just a new dining destination—it reflects a commitment to sharing Jamaican culture, traditions, and hospitality with Stafford
County and the surrounding region. The restaurant aims to create a gathering place where guests can experience the rich flavors, music, and spirit of the Caribbean.
“Opening Riddim & Spice has been a dream built on family, faith, and a passion for authentic Jamaican cooking for my wife Sheryl Miller and I,” said Donald Miller, Co-Owner
of Riddim & Spice Jamaican Restaurant and a retired United States Marine Corps veteran. “After serving our nation faithfully for more than 22 years, my family and I wanted to
continue serving people in a different way—by creating a place where family, friends, and community can come together over authentic Jamaican food. Every dish we serve is
prepared with care, tradition, and the flavors that have been passed down through generations.”
In addition to daily dining service, Riddim & Spice plans to host community events, cultural celebrations, domino tournaments, live entertainment, and catering services for private
and corporate functions. These events are designed to strengthen community connections while introducing more people to the vibrant traditions of the Caribbean.
“Riddim & Spice is a wonderful addition to Stafford County’s dining community and a reflection of the entrepreneurial spirit that helps make our community so special,” said
Maya Guy, Aquia District Supervisor. “Donald and Sheryl Miller have created more than a restaurant. They have created a place where people can gather, connect, and experience
the rich culture and traditions of Jamaica. We are proud to welcome this veteran-owned business and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our residents, visitors, and
local community.”
The restaurant invites residents, local businesses, community organizations, and visitors throughout the region to stop by and experience authentic Jamaican cuisine in the heart of
Stafford County.
