STAFFORD, Va. – Rejuvalase Medspa celebrated its 20th anniversary on Saturday, September 19, bringing together patients, team members, friends, community partners and supporters for an evening honoring two decades in business and the community that has been part of its story.
The milestone celebration was held at Potomac Point Winery in Stafford and marked 20 years since Rejuvalase was founded by owner and registered nurse Maggie McIntyre in 2006.
What began as a vision for providing thoughtful, personalized aesthetic care has grown into an established medical spa serving patients throughout Stafford and the surrounding region. Over the past two decades, Rejuvalase has continued to evolve alongside the aesthetics industry, expanding its services, technology and team while maintaining a focus on patient relationships, education and individualized care.
For McIntyre, the anniversary represents much more than the longevity of the business.
“The greatest accomplishment isn’t that the business survived 20 years. It’s that after 20 years of changing, losing, learning, rebuilding, mothering, leading and starting over, I still love what I, and my team, created,” said McIntyre.
The anniversary Gala gave Rejuvalase an opportunity to celebrate not only its own milestone, but also the people who have supported the practice throughout its history. Guests enjoyed an evening of live entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, dancing, photo opportunities and a raffle featuring prizes generously donated by Rejuvalase partners, sponsors and local businesses.
Community involvement has long been an important part of Rejuvalase’s mission. In 2025 alone, Rejuvalase donated more than $30,000 to local charities and causes, reflecting the practice’s continued commitment to giving back to the community that has supported it for the past two decades.
That commitment was also part of the anniversary celebration. The Gala highlighted three local nonprofit organizations: Rappahannock CASA, Gwyneth’s Gift Foundation and Fairy Godmother Project, each serving children and families throughout the region.
Guests also had the opportunity to participate in a Gala raffle featuring thousands of dollars in prizes made possible through the generosity of Rejuvalase’s partners and sponsors. Raffle contributions included support from Allergan, Galderma, Revance, SkinMedica, Empower & Sparkle Studios and Premier Athletics, along with additional local businesses and community partners.
The milestone comes during another season of growth for Rejuvalase, as the practice continues to expand its treatment offerings, invest in advanced aesthetic technology and education, and build upon the patient experience that has shaped the business for the past 20 years.
Throughout that growth, McIntyre credits the Rejuvalase team and its patients for helping create a business that has remained deeply rooted in the Stafford community.
Twenty years later, the anniversary served as both a celebration of what Rejuvalase has built and a moment to recognize the many patients, employees, partners, friends and community members who have been part of that journey.
Rejuvalase was also grateful to have students from its sister school, NoVa Laser & Esthetics Training, assist with the evening, bringing another local connection to the celebration and creating an opportunity for future esthetics professionals to be part of such a significant industry and community milestone.
Rejuvalase also extends its gratitude to the vendors and event partners who helped bring the evening to life, including Potomac Point Winery; Jaimi of Wake Forest Violin; Liya Campos Photography; Pop Clink Events; mentalist Kourosh “K” Taie; DJ Manuel; and belly dancer Amy “Kiyaana.” Their talent and support helped make the 20th Anniversary Gala a meaningful celebration of this milestone.
