Stafford County-headquartered firm has built a reputation as a leader in high-quality interior finishes.
Stafford, Va.; June 26, 2025—CIP Finishes, a leading provider of interior finishing hardware for multifamily residential projects, is opening a second office in Florida to support its growing portfolio in the Southeast.
The expansion follows the company’s recent sale of a $1 million-plus project in Bradenton, Fla., where it will work with general contractor CBG Building Company on the 319-unit Emerson Lakes independent-living community. CIP Finishes will provide and install a broad range of interior finishes—including bathroom accessories, mirrors, shelving, lockers, bike racks and more—for individual units and shared spaces.
This is the second Florida job that CIP Finishes has sold. The company’s first Florida sale was for work on the 318-unit Port Malabar project in Palm Bay, on the Atlantic Coast. Port Malabar is also being built by CBG Building Company.
“We’ve earned our reputation in the Mid-Atlantic by delivering quality work on time and on budget during high-pressure project phases,” said Paul Milde, founder and president of CIP Finishes. “Now we’re bringing that same reliability to Florida, where we look forward to building new relationships with general contractors.”
In addition to its Florida expansion, CIP Finishes continues steady growth in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Since 1986, the firm has furnished and installed interior finishes in more than 100,000 residential units. CIP Finishes’ headquarters is located in Stafford County, along the growing Centreport Parkway corridor.
