Registration continues for the inaugural Career GPS: Guiding Pathways to Success Expo hosted by Stafford County Public Schools. As an industry leader in our region, we invite you to join us for this exciting new experience designed to inspire curiosity and empower career awareness as our sixth grade students begin planning for high school programs and their post-secondary futures. The Expo is a critical preliminary step in helping students understand the wide range of programs and pathways available in the coming years and how they can align their interests and strengths with future opportunities.
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 (Rain Date April 30)
Event Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Set Up: 8:00 a.m.
Location: Stafford Regional Airport (95 Aviation Way).
Audience: Approximately 2,500 sixth grade students and accompanying staff and parent chaperones.
How You Can Participate:

Host an exhibit to showcase your industry and the skills needed to succeed.

Provide a hands-on activity or demonstration to engage students in learning about your field.

Share age-appropriate insights about the educational and career pathways in your industry.
Exhibitor Info Sessions:
We will be hosting several exhibitor info sessions to go over what to expect at the event, best-practices for engaging 6th grade students, and answer any questions you may have. This is an outdoor event with a rain date. Please ensure you are available on both dates in case of inclement weather.

Any food in your display MUST be nut free and allergen information should be clearly visible.
Register to Host an Exhibitor Booth TODAY!: A standard booth is roughly 10′ x 10′ with a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Your table may be on asphalt or grass. Participation is free, but YOU MUST REGISTER TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE.
