March 2026 Coffee Talk

Save the date for March’s Coffee Talk, which will take place on Tuesday, March 10th, at 718 Venue.

March’s Coffee Talk will be led by Katrina Dill, holistic health educator, Master Medical Qigong Practitioner, and co-founder of Yes to Holistic Health in Fredericksburg, Virginia, on Affirming Your Health: Restoring Balance.

When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to slip out of balance—our minds race, our emotions tighten, and our focus narrows to what’s right in front of us. Under stress, we often move further away from our emotional and spiritual centers and deeper into the physical—fixating on our bodies, our homes, or what feels “not enough.”

In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore how stress disrupts the natural harmony between mind, body, and spirit, and how reconnecting through the time-honored practice of simplicity can help restore calm and clarity. Drawing from Qigong and the Five Elements philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll look at how nature’s elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—mirror our own internal rhythms.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and focused intention, we’ll learn how to regulate energy, restore balance, and build resilience to everyday stress. Participants will also be guided through a short, easy, grounding Qigong practice to help you feel centered and reconnected long after you leave the session.

Networking is one of the most powerful tools for your professional development. At Coffee Talk, you’ll have the chance to share experiences, learn from others, and grow alongside professionals from across the Fredericksburg region.
