Join us at January’s Coffee Talk as we delve into Adopting the Habits of Resilient Optimists.
Are you already feeling defeated on achieving your goals for the new year? Hang in there, you’re not alone and there’s hope for getting back on track. Achieving our goals is not always easy. We may face obstacles, setbacks and disappointments along the way. Resilience and optimism can help us meet these challenges and keep us focused on our goals. This session will provide some tips and tools for developing resilience and adopting the habits of the optimist throughout our personal and professional journeys.
January’s Coffee Talk to kick off the new year will be led by Veronica Curry, Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Germanna Community College.
