Natalie is a results-driven Data Specialist with a strong background in statistical analysis, community engagement, and data management. She began her academic journey at Germanna Community College, earning her Associate’s degree before continuing on to Arizona State, where she completed her Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences. Her background in psychology and previous role in Community Outreach brings her a unique understanding of human behavior and decision-making to data analysis, enabling deeper interpretation of trends and patterns. Known for analytical precision, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills, Natalie is passionate about using data to drive informed decision-making, improve systems, and create measurable community outcomes.
Outside of work, Natalie spends her time outdoors, with her friends and family, and with her community through volunteering at local nonprofits.
